Czyżby jeszcze nie czas na Odrodzenie człowieka?

Is it not yet time for the Rebirth of man?
Is it not yet time for daily Love like bread
from fertile soil?

Lucyna Żbikowska, PhD – Polish philologist; a
research and didactic worker at the Higher Pedagogical School in Rzeszów
(Poland) in 1968–2001, and in 2001-2006 at the University of Rzeszów, a
lecturer at the Higher Theological Seminary in Rzeszów in the years 1993-2001.
Since 2005, a lecturer at the Higher School of Social and Media Culture in
Toruń. She is an author of many scientific publications and monographies as
well as articles and essays on religious motifs in literature and on lives
and work of outstanding representatives in the history of the Polish Church.
She writes poetry in the autumn of life. - So far,
four of her original poetry volumes have been published.
She was awarded the Medal of the National Education
Commission (2001), the Golden Cross of Merit (2001), and the Golden
Badge of Honor of the Polish Association of the Blind (1984).
Anna Maria Sprzęczka-Stępień – born in
1980 in Tarnobrzeg (Poland, present Podkarpackie Region). An
economist and an English philologist. She has graduated from the Jagiellonian
University in Kraków, where she has studied specialized translation,
postgradually. For over 17 years a
teacher of English and also a translator; she loves her profession. Once
an…accountant working for an international company; now – an editor, an
editorial secretary in international magazines: Taifas World Literary Magazine
(Romania) and Anirban International Literary Magazine (Bangladesh). She is a
poet, a blogger, a novice writer (it all started in the autumn 2019). Her first
book will be released soon, and her ambition is undertaking doctoral studies in
literature translation and linguistics.
