The bare branches!
A network of the
crisscrossing
veins of
a heart
in decline!
Natural lines
finely-etched
against the
scarlet-grey-blue
dome.
A fragile nest
sways
against the
force of
wind and rain
---silent love triumphs over the brute elements!
stripped with limbs bare
muted-dark colours
---autumn produces noir
The world is
full of colours,
provided the
viewer registers
the divine
display
and,
like
an
involved
stage actor
becomes integrated
with the mise-en-scene
for an excited
Elizabethan audience.

Sublime action.
each spike
sharply
delineated
symmetrical
lines
arranged as
a radiating
pattern,
the cluster
a unit of
signifiers.
Suspended
delicately
a drop of water ---
is it silver on
a green thread?
The grey mass
turns swiftly
into
a fleeting
figure
delightful
in
strangeness
and music—
Ariel!
The stony
facades
hide
aspirations
to soar high;
the raised hand
in the form of
a
turret/spire
reaches out
to the blue
vault
daubed with
blobs of white
and gray!
A network
of
taut veins
thin lines
crisscross
the wan
visage, once
green;
fine strokes
vertical
horizontal
intersect;
marks
left by
an
unsparing
overlord---
Time!
sky
sea
---a Goya canvas?
In the heart
of the concrete:
liquid colours shimmer,
the light
adds
soft
streaks to
the tender night!
real?
surreal?
Or,
magical?
---all creations of the viewer/s.
