... and the November issue carries--- hmm! --- well, too stale by now, a beginning of this type, every month, for months together; beginnings and they can flummox even the best of the writers!
Look at this fragment from an iconic beginning:

Sometimes, you just don’t feel like going into it, yet you have to, as Salinger/Holden Caulfield does or is it simply Salinger? Or Holden? Or the reader?
Well, well. Hmm! Difficult to surmise.
But the fact remains. Sometimes not into the mood for it. Well, well, that can be an innocuous query for the ad-copy for an aphrodisiac- product also.
But the fact remains---sometimes you do not want to go into it---office or party or simply any chore.
The problem? Well, well, as an editor, itemizing everything; neat labeling! Here is the current issue and there is--- that kind-of-thing.
Routine is a killer.
Or, sometimes.
Boredom is a killer too!
