BIO NOTE

I am an M. Phil Research Scholar in Comparative Indian Literature at the department of Modern Indian Languages and Literary Studies, Delhi University. I am working on my thesis titled “Tracing Indian ‘Chick Flicks’: Exploring Female Sexualiy in Hindi Cinema”. My area of interest includes Film Studies, Dalit Studies, Literatures of Africa and Postcolonial Literature. I have completed my Masters in English from Ambedkar University, Delhi and Bachelors in English (Hons) from Bharati College, Delhi University. I intend to pursue further research in my academic career.
