Manisha Manhas was a student of English literature at Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar. She is a teacher with the Punjab education department, and moonlights as a poet. Her poems have previously been published in many national and international journals, including e-zines and magazines. Poetry to her is a therapy that helps her attune to the difficult times we are all living in.
