Vigil (Gandhian Philosophy)

Sutanuka Ghosh Roy
Nowadays the streets are invaded by
Duryodhans
Draupadi, Dopdi, Nirbhaya, Asifa, Susan
are dragged by Dushashanas in the sabha-griha
Krishna forgot to send them rolls of fabric
Bhisma burns his mid-night oil to make laws
Vidoor’s shoes are torn as he runs
from one court to the other
a pair of round glasses
and a lathi watches.
