Spring's tender blooms flowering into summer
vitalizing vivid colors
reaching the sky
Sunflowers bathed, their faces aglow
A quiet rustle seizes the brilliance of autumn
Ablaze in fiery reds and gold
Leaves flutter, fall under my feet
Hues dissolve in my eyes
moistening me, sweeping my heart
leaving its marks on my core
Fall air clings to my breath
It's fragrance deep in my soul
immersed in the sepia of an old Polaroid
Each frame, a snapshot
A precious remembrance
Each blink crystallizes a moment
A hazy essence lingers on my lashes
Raindrops dewed every memory
Petrichor droplets all over my skin
I am drenched in a vintage scent
A hint of a mist passes over
A slight shiver nips my gaze
My body tremors
Winter is on its way
with snow-white celebrations
A silvery somber freezes me
Frosty days are ahead
