Brief Description of the theme:

The Dying City is an oil painting by the celebrated Australian artist-poet-editor-philosopher Robert Maddox-Harle.

It captures the reality---horror? ---of a city, denuded, stripped of greenery, in an atrophied form.

Soulless.

Concrete expanse.

The way cities are turning into wastelands.

Climate crisis.

Greed.

Destruction.

Dystopia.

Well, well. Respond to the digitized version (below) of the painting, in prose or poetry, please.

Word Limit: 40 lines maximum (poetry); 500-1000 words (prose)

---Please send poetry (three poems of 20 lines, maximum), prose piece of max 1000 words, themed-painting/drawing (three-five), with a brief bio of 100 words only, along with a recent pic, as two separate attachments, for the editorial evaluation.
