Vijay Kumar Roy

Vijay Kumar Roy (MA, MBA, LLB, CELTA, PhD) is a bi-lingual poet. He started writing poems in English and Hindi at the age of nineteen and has authored and edited a number of books on English poetry, Hindi poetry, Indian English Poetry, Indian English Fiction, Peace Literature, Comparative Literature and English Language Teaching. He has contributed various research papers and poems to different national and international journals, magazines and anthologies of repute. Realm of Beauty and Truth: A Collection of Poems (2016) is his recently published poetry book, besides Premanjali (2009), a collection of poems in Hindi, and The Melodies of Immortality (2012), an anthology of poems edited by him. He is the editor-in-chief of Ars Artium, an international journal of humanities and social sciences published from New Delhi. He teaches English at Northern Border University, Arar, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and has also taught at the universities of Ethiopia and India. He can be contacted at: drvkroy78@yahoo.com.
