Indrani Chakraborty is Assistant professor and Head of the Department at Prabhu Jagatbandhu College. She did her M.Phil on Selected Texts of Amitav Ghosh analyzing his style of representing the Subaltern. She is currently pursuing her PhD in the University of Calcutta. Her special area of interest is Translation Studies, Graphic Novel, Speculative fiction and Ecocriticism.
