Face it alone....
Face
it alone....
..... ..... ...
the
most
vital moments
of
your life,
you face it
alone...
you
cried out
and yelled
all
alone
once out
of
your
umbilical
support...
you
face it
alone...
you
are ill
and weak,
you
face it
alone...
your
comfort
zones
close
in a moment
unawares,
you face it
alone...
at
life' s
cross roads
you
halt
to negotiate
the
curve,
you face it
alone..
to
be happy
or sad
you
decide,
you face it
alone.
even
at
the fag end
of
all twists
and turns,
when
you
succumb
to death,
you
face it
alone...
if
we
are never
alone,
we realise not,
our
strength
so new
so
powerful
hidden
within,
empowered
by the
mighty force
from above...
better
gather strength
to withstand
the whirlwinds
that
sweep
cross..
wait
and watch,
there
is
always
a
calm
after
the
storm...
Raining...
Raining...
. ... .....
searching
for
the right key
on
the heavy key ring
to
open the lock....
before
the sunset glow
fades
on horizons,
to
trace the lost
before
dark...
relishing
the
honey drops
that
fall from
heard
melodies
turning
sweeter...
the
urge
to
perch on those
myriad
branches
dancing
on to the
meadows
that stretch....
one
second!
let
me hold you close,
your
world and mine
heart
to heart..
I
loved you
still
I love you....
like
vapours
rising
from the lake
our
love, went up high,
scattered...
only
to come down
as
rain
covering,
hugging
the
plains...
from
frozen, silent sorrows,
would
have been,
melting
down,
down,
raining...
New bridges
New
bridges
............
...
To
rouse you
up
from
ennui,
what words
of
mine
will suffice?
Shall
I
keep on
blowing
into
those
ashen
embers
smothered
in time
to
make
it glow...
I
love you.
shall
I
fondle
your
dreams
lying dormant
and
tickle
them
to
blossom....
Shall
I
energise
your
hopes
stranded
in
silent
castles
that
echo
the rushing
mundane,
its fading
footsteps...
Shall
I
sing soulful
into
your ears
stories
of resurrection
from
devastation?
bridges
may break
while
we cross,
leave
it....
We
can
always
build
it
anew,
build
it
different....
Let
us
laugh it out,
our
journey,
its falls, rise....
Sure,
we
will resurrect,
crossing
the worst,
braving
the odd, absurd...
our
will
to power
turning
the formidable
feeble..
the
trees
getting
clearer
in woods
as
we
watch
and wait...Voices Within - Complete List of Poets :: Setu, January 2019
