The way the leaves fall down,
And create a beautiful design on the ground.
It lays like a rich carpet,
With a design like a fresh bouquet.
The slight cold breeze,
Let's our spirits at ease.
Then they fly,
Until they almost reach the sky.
With great twists and turns,
Till the land becomes barren,
And now comes snow,
That brings a snowy glow.
A season of hibernation
--For many
And the promise of a new spring,
At the corner.
