When a woman writes a poem
When a woman writes a poem,
She sieves out all hurt and pain.
Throws away all hatred and jealousy.
She filters off gloom and embraces radiance.
When a woman writes a poem,
She distils joy from tiny happenings.
Squeezes out happiness from the mundane.
Vaporizes worries and anxieties and picks up the residual calm.
When a woman writes a poem,
She dips her pen in the paint of love
And eliminates darkness and brings light.
When a woman writes a poem she becomes a poem.
