विनीता तिवारी

ख़त लिखा, लेकिन पढ़ाया देर से,

उस पे उन को समझ आया देर से।

प्यार में हम तो अनाड़ी थे ही पर,

आपने क्यों गुर सिखाया देर से?

बस यूँ ही मस्ती में गा लेते थे हम,

ताल में हर सुर बिठाया, देर से।

टेस्ट भी कुछ देर से डिवलप हुआ,

जाम भी हाथों में आया देर से।

यूँ मसीहा हम भी बन जाते मगर,

हम को सूली पर चढ़ाया देर से।

वार से नफ़रत भरी थी इस क़दर,

उन से नैनों को लड़ाया देर से।

बस हँसी-खिल्ली से रिश्ता था कभी,

दर्द से हमने निभाया देर से।
