Ram Sharma

Dr. Ram Sharma is an accomplished poet and writer who writes in English and Hindi. He ranked highest in class from first up on his M.Phil. Dr. Sharma’s completed doctoral studies have contributed an intense focus on Post-Modernist Trends in Indian Novels in English: A Study of Anita Desai, Arun Joshi, Amitav Ghosh and Vikram Seth.

As a renowned poet, author, critic, reviewer and translator, Dr. Ram’s poetry remains vastly active today, and he continues stretching out to teach beyond borders. He reaches outside his current academic background for regularly touching to inspire his readership, of young and old from across the globe. He continues to actively enliven his healing messages of unity for World Peace, as he also extensively travels the globe, for meeting these challenges of need for all our humanity.

Dr. Sharma has written for research papers, articles, poems and reviews that have been published within many esteemed journals, magazines and newspapers throughout India and abroad. His literary works regularly appear inside many prominent web journals and foreign e-journals/magazines, as well. To his credit, he has produced the following poetry volumes, respectively: Muse (2002), Serene Moments (2008), A String of Words (2009), Poets for World Peace - Volumes One and Two (2010), and Anthologies One (2011), Spiritual Odyssey (2011), Pearls of Words (2012), Lamp of Love (2015)

Dr. Ram Sharma is presently a senior lecturer in English at J.V.P.G. College, Baraut, Baghpat, U.P., India; and remains active as the Editor-in-Chief for two international publishing journals: RUMINATIONS and GLIMPSES.
