Noddy Dreams: Ipsita Ganguli

Those blissful years In Noddyland
When life was simple and so grand
When rainbow dreams
Filled our days
With chocolates and icecreams.

The cones were topped
Our cups were filled
And life was lived
Upto the brim
Immersed within the Noddy realms

Toyland was this enchanted place
We roamed about in our magic days
We nodded when Noddy did
Those heady days of being a kid
Lived free, lived as we pleased

What if we went back again?
Invoked the child within ourselves
Lived light, dreamt more, and loved a lot
Uplifted ourselves above the rot
And cherished this life as the gift of God
