Amol Parashar hails from the tiny hinterland of Badaun in Uttar Pradesh. He is an amateur photo-artist, poet, and writer with few publications to his credit.

Recently he won first prize in a district-level photography competition organized by the illustrious Badaun Club, Badaun.

Amol is presently serving as Village Development Officer in District Badaun. In a busy routine of life, Amol scribbles poems and spends his time looking for wide landscapes of dawn and dusk and the vintage beauty scattered in and around the horizons of the town.

बदायूँ क्लब की जनपद-स्तरीय फ़ोटोग्राफ़ी प्रतियोगिता के विजेता और ऐतिहासिक नगर बदायूँ के निवासी अमोल पाराशर एक शौकिया फ़ोटोग्राफ़र हैं।
